*Students with a 1360-1600 will be awarded a laptop sponsored by the President’s Top Hawks Fund.

**Students must live on campus to be eligible for the housing award.

***Out-of-state fee waiver is available for students who qualify.

Amounts posted are awarded annually.

Students can continue to take the SAT through May 2024 to further improve scholarship eligibility. The last eligible SAT test date for Fall 2024 international students is the May 2024 test date and the last SAT test date for Spring 2025 international students is the June 2024 test date.

Students who apply prior to February 29, 2024 are automatically considered for academic scholarships.

Housing awards will not roll over into a refund. They will only be used to cover residence hall and meal plan costs.

Final GPA will be used to determine scholarship eligibility.

For students to be eligible for any academic scholarships, ULM must receive all official test scores by July 15th for the Fall 2024 Semester.

To be considered for a ULM Academic Scholarship, applicants must:

• Be a first-time freshman in the fall, no more than one year following graduation from high school.
• Qualify with a final, cumulative, unweighted high school GPA. Deadline to submit high school transcript for Award Year 2024-2025 is July 15, 2024.
• Earn minimum ACT/SAT qualifying scores. Scores must be submitted directly to ULM from ACT (ULM Code 1598) or SAT (ULM Code 6482) by July 15, 2024.

Other important information:

Academic scholarships are awarded for eight semesters or until graduation (Bachelor’s), whichever comes first, and provided all specified retention criteria are met. Students are only eligible to receive one Freshman Academic Scholarship. Students within the Pharmacy School who have not received their bachelor's yet are still eligible for the full eight semesters.
